With the coming of spring, nicer weather that’s still not prohibitively hot, vivid natural colors, and the ever increasing length of the days, outdoor activities have an undeniable lure. As was famously sung in the movie, Mary Poppins, “Let’s go fly a kite!” Even finer than flying it, what about creating it yourself?
